Success for Mansfield Girls

April 23rd, 2018

Excellent results from Kate and Emily at the under 13s bronze tournament at the West Midlands Performance Centre in Birmingham on Saturday 14th April 2018.

Kate and Emily won the girl’s doubles silver medal, eventually losing 21 – 19 to the no 1 seeds, in what was a very closely fought final.

In the girl’s singles Kate came top in her group matches, then achieved 3rd place in the knock out rounds to win the bronze medal.

Emily could only finish 3rd in her girl’s singles group matches which meant she then proceeded to the girl’s plate competition where she came away with the silver medal.

Well done to Kate and Emily.
